Adstra Refund & Chargeback Protection Policy

We take pride in delivering an actionable and complete digital business system, the

“Copy-And-Paste AI Growth Funnel”, which includes proprietary tools, training, and templates that represent years of strategic IP and technical development.


Our Refund Guarantee exists to reward genuine effort — not casual browsing or digital theft.

🚫 IMPORTANT:

This product is non-refundable by default.

Refunds are only considered under the strict, conditional guarantee outlined below and only apply to the “Copy-And-Paste AI Growth Funnel” — no other purchases qualify.


By purchasing, you agree to these terms in full, and Stripe, PayPal, or any other payment processors are legally obligated to review disputes in light of these contractual terms.

✅ Our Performance Guarantee

We guarantee that customers who follow the entire system as instructed, complete every step, request support when stuck, and still experience zero measurable business outcome, may be eligible for a refund — provided they meet all criteria below.

🎯Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a refund, you must meet all of the following:

1.Full Completion of the Program

You must complete 100% of all modules, in sequence. You must implement every step inside the course as instructed. Documentation is required (screenshots, URLs, deliverables, GHL setup proof).

2.Full Use of Support

You must show at least 3 unique instances of reaching out to our team via [email protected], reporting issues, and implementing advice given. You must show that our instructions were implemented and results were still unsatisfactory.

3.No Active Use of Our Materials

If you:


Installed any provided GHL snapshots, automations, or assetsAre actively using any templates, scripts, or systemsHave downloaded, cloned, or replicated any part of our IP…then you are ineligible for a refund, unless you delete these assets and revoke access during the claim.


4.Claim Timing

Refund requests must be submitted within 45 days of the original purchase. Refund requests after 45 days will be denied.

🚩Non-Refundable Situations (Strictly Enforced)

We do not provide refunds in these situations:

“I didn’t use it” or “changed my mind”

“My team didn’t implement it” or “we’re too busy”

“I thought it included X” (when product page clearly states otherwise)

“I didn’t read the terms”

“I’m unhappy but never contacted support”

Reminder:

Digital product access = irrevocable delivery.

Stripe recognizes this when documentation is attached.


🔐 Intellectual Property & License Revocation

Upon purchase, you are licensed, not sold the right to use Adstra content. Any dispute filed without meeting eligibility requirements constitutes a breach of this license agreement, and all access to our content and systems will be revoked permanently, with IP enforcement pursued as necessary.


We monitor:

IP addresses

Login sessions

Funnel/CRM duplication patterns

Use of our content post-refund or post-dispute constitutes unauthorized use and we reserve the right to pursue damages.


📑 How to Submit a Refund Claim

Submit here.

Include: Full Name, Order Number, Proof of module completions, Support conversations & implementation, Screenshots of CRM/funnel setup.

Our team will assess within 30 business days.

If approved, you will receive your refund within 30 business days

📌 Legal Notes

Refunds apply only to the original purchaser and are non-transferable

Any attempt to chargeback without meeting conditions above is a contract violation

Chargeback abuse is reported to Stripe, card networks, and banking institutions

Threats, profanity, coercion, or false claims will disqualify your eligibility and may trigger IP enforcement

Adstra reserves final discretion to accept or deny any claim
