3. Commitment to Using the Program

4. Sufficient Traffic to the System

To ensure the system has been given a fair opportunity to succeed, you must:

Drive at least 1,000 unique visitors to your funnel or landing page using qualified traffic sources.

The landing page must be optimized and created based on the guidance laid out in the course and it must be the funnel set up laid out in the AI Growth Funnel.

Submit proof of traffic through analytics reports or advertising platform dashboards (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, or similar tools).

5. Adherence to Our Strategies

You must demonstrate that all recommended strategies, as outlined in the training, were implemented, including:

Execution on the strategy outlined

Funnel setup and optimization.

Proper ad targeting and ad copy (if applicable).

Regular adjustments based on performance data.

6. Compliance with Support Guidance

If you encounter challenges during the program, you must:

Reach out to our support team for guidance.

Implement the recommendations provided by our team.

Submit proof of correspondence and actions taken.

How to Request a Refund

If you meet all the above requirements and still feel the system did not work as promised, follow these steps to request a refund:

Miscellaneous

1. “You”, “Your” and “Yours” for the purposes of this guarantee means the original purchaser of the course.

2. All currency references means United States Dollars.

3. Adstra reserves the right to verify the validity of all refund claims made. If your claim is assessed as valid, your refund will be paid into your nominated bank account by electronic funds transfer.

4. Adstra has absolute discretion to determine whether Eligibility requirements have been satisfied entitling you to a refund.

5. Adstra reserves the right to verify the validity of all claims and disqualify any claimant for tampering with the claim process or for submitting a claim that is misleading or fraudulent. Failure by Adstra to enforce any of its rights at any stages does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

6. Adstra has 60 days to assess refund claims from the complete submission of all related evidence.

7. If a claim is approved, Adstra will make process payment within 30 calendar days of approval.

Terms and Conditions

Refunds are granted only if all criteria are met; partial compliance does not qualify.

Threats and coercion will disqualify you for a refund and we plan to save these threats for later evidence as needed down the road.

Refund requests submitted after [45 days] from the purchase date will not be considered.

The refund guarantee applies exclusively to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Refunds do not include fees for third-party tools or platforms or any other products purchased besides the "Copy-And-Paste AI Growth Funnel"
